Prices (in Japanese Yen)
Our prices are per person per night including daily full breakfast and consumption tax (10%).
An additional cost will be applied for sole use.

Children Policy
Children 3 – 11 years old : 75 % of adult price
Infant and Toddler (Baby to 2 years old inclusive) shares an existing bed with an adult: JPY500 per night per infant

Deposit & Balance
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking within 7 days of the reservation.

The balance is due 30 days(Green season) /60days(Winter season) before arrival date.

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, MC, JCB, and AMEX), Paypal, or Direct deposit into our bank accounts. Please note that all the bank fees are your responsibility.

Credit card and Paypal payment – 3.5 % processing fees / International Money Transfer – JPY4000

Cancellation Policy
1. No-show: 100 % of the total price of the reservation

2. Winter season:

More than 60 days of arrival: Full Refund minus administration fee (JPY5000)

Less than 60-41(inclusive) days of arrival: 50 %

Less than 40 days of arrival: 100%

3. Green season:

More than 30 days of arrival: Full Refund minus administration fee (JPY5000)

Less than 30-15 (inclusive) days of arrival: 50 %

Less than 14 days of arrival: 100 %
