For non-dinner nights at the lodge, for those who want to hang out and don’t feel like going out again, we are creating a full-service area, where you can heat your own meals from a wide selection of gourmet delights—more updates to follow.

Please be ready for an 8:00 AM departure to ensure timely arrival at the resorts.
We are unable to offer a return pickup service with our shuttle. Guests will need to make their own arrangements to return to the lodge (e.g., local buses or taxis).

Our first complimentary shuttle pick-up from Myoko Kogen Station will operate from 3:00 PM, aligning with our check-in time.
Advance Communication Required: To ensure a smooth pick-up, please communicate your confirmed train arrival time at Myoko Kogen Station to us in advance.

Important Luggage Note:
We are unable to receive or store any luggage at the lodge before the 3:00 PM check-in time, unless it has been sent in advance via Black Cat Couriers (Takkyubin).
Station Shuttle: Morning Departures (Drop-off at Myoko Kogen Station)
Our complimentary morning shuttle departs the Lodge at 10:00 AM.
Arriving by Bus?
If you are travelling by bus to Myoko Kogen, please let us know your expected time of arrival (ETA) and the bus company you are travelling with in advance. We do not shuttle to bus stops on departure day, and you will need to arrange a taxi well in advance.
Please advise when booking if you are arriving in a rental vehicle
Please be advised that 4WD vehicles are often in short supply, so book early!!!
You will need to supply all your own snow-clearing equipment. Do not underestimate the amount of snow that can fall overnight
