Prices (in Japanese Yen)

Our prices are per room per night including daily full breakfast and consumption tax (10%).

During green season, the price is per person per night.
An additional cost will be applied for sole use.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend that you should purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the cancellation fee due to unforeseen circumstances at the time of booking.

Children Policy

Children 6 – 11 years old

Our lodge is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Deposit & Balance

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking within 7 days of the reservation.

The balance is due 30 days(Green season) /90days(Winter season) before arrival date.

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, MC, JCB, and AMEX), Paypal, or international money transfer into our bank accounts. Please note that all the bank fees are your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

1. No-show: 100 % of the total price of the reservation

2. Winter season:

More than 90 days of arrival: Full Refund minus administration fee (JPY11000)

Within 90 days (inclusive) from arrival: 100%

3. Green season:

More than 30 days of arrival: Full Refund minus administration fee (JPY5000)

Less than 30-15 (inclusive) days of arrival: 50 %

Less than 14 days of arrival: 100 %
